Exchanges and Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can exchange all eligible unused or unopened products within 10 days from the day you received your order. TAD does not accept returns on used products.
Liquid products, including Brilliant Bond, Prep Pads, Cleanser, Pristine Seal, and cream based products cannot be returned. If you are unhappy with any of these items please contact our customer service via email at hello@TADbeauty.com.
All TAD Tweezers can be exchanged within 10 days of purchase.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Store credits for exchanges will be completed once items are received at the TAD warehouse. Shipping and TAD Shipping Protection costs are non-refundable.
Items in replaced packages are ineligible for return or exchange. In the event that your replaced product arrives damaged, please contact customer service and a resolution will be reached.
TAD offers prepaid return labels for all domestic returns. All returns must be approved by TAD before being sent back to us. Any unauthorized returns received will not qualify for return, replaced, or refund.
Discounts, Sales, and Promotions
Promotions cannot be retroactively applied and are valid only during the specific dates or events advertised. Orders placed outside of the promotional timeframe are ineligible for the promotion.
Our system allows for the use of one discount or code per order. Multiple discounts cannot be applied at once. This includes loyalty rewards and/or point discount codes.
During BOGO promotions, all items must be added to the cart to receive the promotional discount. To qualify for the promotion, eligible items must be added in increments of 2.
Certain TAD items are exempt from promotions. This category includes, but is not limited to, final sale items and new releases. Please note that this list is subject to change.
Order Verification
In certain circumstances, our system may require additional information before proceeding with an order. Please note that TAD does not dictate when our system flags an order for such requirements. If your order is flagged, you will be contacted within 1 business day of your order being placed to provide the necessary information. Failure to provide the requested information within 3 business days from the date of our initial contact may result in the cancellation of your order.
Operational Hours
TAD operates on a Monday - Friday schedule and is available from 10 AM PST - 4 PM PST to assist you. TAD’s warehouse is open to the public from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST at our Reno location. Our warehouse remains closed during weekends, and no orders are fulfilled, processed, or shipped during this period.
Additionally, TAD observes the following holidays and will not be operational on these dates:
